Workshop with Britt C. Jones
In this educational and hands on workshop, we will explore the therapeutic benefits of yogic movements for our spine. Britt C. Jones will discuss common complaints and teach you self care techniques for minimizing pain and discomfort. By applying proper alignment with breath you are able to support the bodies natural ability to provide you with more ease, relief, and support in your spine.
