Highwood’s very own Pat Kunach-Lenzini will have a tortellacci cooking demo at William Sonoma on Saturday, Oct. 22. Roll out the dough, form the pasta, then sample when done! Pat will also have on hand, several pounds of frozen Tortellacci in one pound containers ($25 per pound), as well as one quart containers of frozen meat sauce ($10 each).
Sample canned cranberries and pumpkin butter ($8 per jar).
Pat will also have quarts of frozen turkey stock. It’s a must have for serious cooks for the holidays!
