Let loose your mental burdens and lift your soul! Reggae, Hip Hop, Electronic, and Down-tempo music will lift your spirits and bring joy to practice.
We will complete our journey with a specific pranayama practice and guided meditation.

Spaced Out – Inversions & Backbends
Backbends inject you with life. It’s important to approach backbends and inversions through deep breathing so you can bring alertness and openness throughout your chest and shoulders. It’s about creating space, and when you find space throughout your body, you’ll discover a new kind of freedom
that puts your mind at ease, keeps your body balanced, and makes your whole system stronger and more stable. Enjoy the feeling of lightness and fullness from the breathing exercises, then offer that up through your inversions. Join us as we break down the practice of going upside down from the ground up!
