This practice includes stretching, toning, postures, and meditation to strengthen and support your rapidly changing body. With each stretch and through each series, you will cultivate the skills of breathing deeply and of relaxation, bringing you more fully present and aware of yourself and your growing baby. An excellent labor prep, you will learn techniques that will carry you through your pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
