Mommy and Baby (6 weeks to new walkers). This class combines yoga for the mom to get back in shape post baby, promoting an in depth toning of the pelvic and back muscles through postures, while playing & strengthening the bond between you and your infant. Experience flowing asanas, challenging postures, and calming restorative time in a playful and safe environment for babies.
