Learn to radically change your physical, mental and emotional response to stress. Join Pulling Down the Moon Co-Founder Beth Heller for an exploration of tools and practices of Mindfulness for managing stress, improving health and developing resilience in the face of life challenges. This online class will explore 5 “access points” for mindfulness – body, breath, mind, awareness and flow – that will help you build these practices into each moment of your life. Class lasts for 6 weeks. Each 45 minute class session will include instruction and practice, with time for questions and discussion.
