This delicious two-hour workshop will unpack what stress does to your body and offer solutions. You will learn how simple breathing and movement techniques from Yoga Tune Up® can simultaneously help you to resolve stress and create more energy in your life. You will experience deep myo-fascial release with the Roll Model Method® massage balls, especially the unique, soft, but large, purple coregeous ball developed by Jill Miller.
Once you have released tension and massaged out tight connective tissue, you will be ready to successfully build core and emotional strength that will support your low back, provide a strong base for your over-worked shoulders, and strategies for staying calm when in the eye of a hurricane.
