Keep the Beat Wellness, A Class in Wellness, Exercise and Cooking
Stuart, owner of Keep The Beat Wellness has his Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from Northeastern Illinois University and has worked 25+ years in the outpatient Cardiopulmonary Rehab Department. In 2009 he started Keep The Beat Wellness, a boutique fitness/personal training studio that caters to baby boomers, especially those with heart and pulmonary issues, diabetes, and many other afflictions, and of course those with no disease at all. Stuart has many certifications in fitness and nutrition and is a true believer in “exercise and eating healthy to look your best.”
A fun and informative wellness class, we will focus on low impact exercises combined with healthy eating and will share knowledge of the health benefits of many spices, herbs, and essential oils.
The cost of this class will cover an in-depth presentation by Stuart of Keep The Beat Wellness, an interactive healthy vegetarian cooking demonstration, small plate tasting, custom hand-blended tea, wine & appetizers, low impact exercise, a recipe booklet, and spice and herb education for everyday living.
