Curious about yoga and how it can support pregnancy? Learn about Pulling Down the Moon’s prenatal yoga program, meet amazing women, and practice yoga. This class is designed to support formerly infertile (and those that have experienced loss) and soon-to-be moms navigate this new journey of pregnancy.Prenatal yoga is beneficial for both mother and baby. It also helps prepare the body for labor and delivery. This class will practice a sequence of poses that are supportive of your body and safe during any stage of pregnancy.
