TAC’s Film camp is perfect for tweens and teens with an interest in making movies. Students write, shoot, direct and star in their own film. Camp is designed for people with little or no experience. Campers will learn about casting, wardrobe, camera operating and more from an award-winning Chicago Film team. Two weeks of camp goes fast in this accelerated program. Cameras and edit equipment are provided. Filming will take place near The Art Center and may include several evening sessions if necessary. Campers should bring lunch or lunch money daily. At the end of camp the students’ short film is celebrated in a “Night at the Movies” screening at TAC open to students, family and friends.
