About the trainer:
Nate Guadagni has been teaching yoga, tai chi and meditation full time for over twelve years and is the founder of Bo Yoga®, a rapidly growing health and wellness system.
He is the author of Bo Yoga: 7 Essential Values to Energize Your Life, produced multiple DVDs and Online Courses and trains yoga teachers around the country.
He is a member of the Yoga Alliance and the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Mariana Krstevski is the owner of Essential Evolution Holistic Wellness and has trained in multiple yoga, Qigong and meditation disciplines for over six years. She teaches Core Strength Vinyasa and Bo Yoga® as well as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and energy healing work.
