Passionate about inspiring people to prioritize self-care through exploratory movement and restorative techniques, Laurie is especially excited to share the embodied principles of therapeutic mobility and myofascial release created by Yoga Tune Up® and The Roll Model® Method.
AnnMerle Feldman specializes in teaching an amazing strength and mobility building yoga to women who want to move from stuck to inspired. She is certified in Jill Miller’s Yoga Tune Up® and has a background in other yoga types. Her style is design to meet my beloved clients’ varied and specific needs.
