We'll meet every Tuesday from 8:30am-3pm and one Friday a month from 11am-3pm. Our program will deepen your practice and will give you the skills necessary to safely teach and practice yoga.

What: A 4-Month Yoga Immersion Program

Shri's Teacher Training will be informative, engaging, and one-of-a-kind. Class Pack
Students who sign up for Shri's Teacher Training will receive a 40-pack of classes. In addition to the regular training sessions, this pack will allow trainees to attend 3 other Shri classes each week
during the program. One of these classes will be Gina's Tuesday Warm Vinyasa Flow class at 9:45 am; the remaining 2 are up to the trainee.

Five Week Series!
Do you know someone who wants to kick start their New Year's resolution to feel better?
SHRI is thrilled to offer a new Flow Foundations class beginning Saturday, January 20 from 8:15-9:30am

This all levels class is perfect for those coming back to their practice, those new to yoga, or athletes seeking to utilize yoga as a way to stay strong and flexible in their other athletic passions like paddle, tennis, golf, cross fit, or strength training.

Flow Foundations will begin with a five week series that will enable participants to understand the intent and benefits of yoga, become familiar with core poses, and feel confident joining other group classes. Each week will have a specific focus that is outlined below - but you do not need to attend all five to reap the benefits.

Special $95, five class packages can be used for the initial series. If you can't attend all five, class packs can be used for any other SHRI classes, or drop in rates apply for individual sessions.

Class dates include January 20, January 27, February 3, February 10 and February 17. Classes will continue weekly after the series.

Ignite your creativity and embrace more clarity and focus in 2018 with A Word of the Year Vision Board!

What is a Word of the Year?
An individual process to narrow your focus for the year to one word easy to integrate into your life. Your word can be an intention, aspiration, desire, dream, wish, or feeling that embraces your future self. This process will include aligning, opening, and balancing your energy centers with a guided meditation and breathing exercises to center yourself. We will continue with journaling prompts and self exploration activities to discover YOUR Word of The Year.

What is a Vision Board?
An opportunity to visually represent YOUR word of the year using a collage of images taken from magazines (or other paper-based media) or drawn on a poster board to represent the outcome or end-result of your Word of the Year. The intention of this activity is to unleash your creativity, bring focus to your intention and inspire you to place it somewhere you see often.

Supplies will be included.

What: A 4-Month Yoga Immersion Program

When: February 13-May 22; Tuesdays from 8:30 am to 3 pm and from 11 am to 3 pm on One Friday Each Month

Who: Anyone Who Wants to Gain a Deeper Knowledge of Yoga and Learn How to Share the Practice with Others

Shri's Teacher Training will be informative, engaging, and one-of-a-kind. The training will include instruction on the Vinyasa and Ashtanga style, the eight limbs of yoga, history of yoga, anatomy, as well as proper alignment of postures; it will also include clinics on adjustments, sequencing, and yoga philosophy. Shri's curriculum supports the development of individual teaching styles and a mentorship program is offered at the conclusion of the training. Graduates who complete the program will earn a certificate recognized by Yoga Alliance.

The program will be led by Shri's highly experienced teachers-Gina Marciano, Mariann Fishbein, Larissa Wozney, Jenny Guzon-Bae, Marcia Tazioli and other Shri staff members-who are all eager to share their wealth of knowledge. Together, all of the instructors will provide students with a variety of perspectives while exposing them to many different approaches to practicing and teaching yoga.

Class Pack
Students who sign up for Shri's Teacher Training will receive a 40-pack of classes. In addition to the regular training sessions, this pack will allow trainees to attend 3 other Shri classes each week
during the program. One of these classes will be Gina's Tuesday Warm Vinyasa Flow class at 9:45 am; the remaining 2 are up to the trainee.

Five Week Series!
Do you know someone who wants to kick start their New Year's resolution to feel better?
SHRI is thrilled to offer a new Flow Foundations class beginning Saturday, January 20 from 8:15-9:30am

This all levels class is perfect for those coming back to their practice, those new to yoga, or athletes seeking to utilize yoga as a way to stay strong and flexible in their other athletic passions like paddle, tennis, golf, cross fit, or strength training.

Flow Foundations will begin with a five week series that will enable participants to understand the intent and benefits of yoga, become familiar with core poses, and feel confident joining other group classes. Each week will have a specific focus that is outlined below - but you do not need to attend all five to reap the benefits.

Special $95, five class packages can be used for the initial series. If you can't attend all five, class packs can be used for any other SHRI classes, or drop in rates apply for individual sessions.

Class dates include January 20, January 27, February 3, February 10 and February 17. Classes will continue weekly after the series.

Ignite your creativity and embrace more clarity and focus in 2018 with A Word of the Year Vision Board!

What is a Word of the Year?
An individual process to narrow your focus for the year to one word easy to integrate into your life. Your word can be an intention, aspiration, desire, dream, wish, or feeling that embraces your future self. This process will include aligning, opening, and balancing your energy centers with a guided meditation and breathing exercises to center yourself. We will continue with journaling prompts and self exploration activities to discover YOUR Word of The Year.

What is a Vision Board?
An opportunity to visually represent YOUR word of the year using a collage of images taken from magazines (or other paper-based media) or drawn on a poster board to represent the outcome or end-result of your Word of the Year. The intention of this activity is to unleash your creativity, bring focus to your intention and inspire you to place it somewhere you see often.

Supplies will be included.
