I can't believe the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I've had with Pottery Barn. Multiple problems: 1) product being back ordered and kept getting delayed 2) finally got the product and it's missing a part 3) rude customer service (more than once) 4) They can only tell me "what appears on their computer screen" so no one can explain why I now have to wait another 2-3 weeks for the product even though they have over 850 in stock. 5) waiting on hold over 30 min. and then being disconnected. I ordered these lights way back in November and they can't send me a new one until February!!! They never apologize for the inconvenience, they refused to send me a confirmation email with a new shipment date. I definitely learned my lesson and will never order from this company again. These are expensive items and I should have ordered the similar ones I found on Amazon for half the price. What a disappointment the customer service has been.

One would need a special storage area for all the pillows. Christmas plaid just inundated the stores and catalog but hey now we’re in Spring pillows already. I’m going to enjoy the winter vibe in my home since it’s only January 😃

I emailed your customer service 20 days ago and have yet to receive a response. This was in regards to the horrible quality of a product I received. I forwarded the email again today. Please let me know ASAP how this situation can be resolved. thank you.

Buy several inserts and then buy only the pillow covers. It helps a lot when trying to store the pillows. Most of PB's pillows are the same measurements so unless you're using them all at the same time you can just rotate the covers on the inserts.

What is the duvet cover in this pic?

PB, get your panties out of that tight wad. Someone asks the name of the duvet in the above picture. No one answers. Since I know which one it is I posted the PB website link to that duvet. Then I get a snarky message from you that the link is spam and had been deleted. A link to your website is spam?? LOL!!!

Pottery Barn....what duvet cover is this please?

TOO MANY PILLOWS? I'll bet I won't even get ONE if I order them. Five weeks. Still waiting for the BASE TO MY TANNER COFFEE TABLE. I've been told 1. UPS damaged it, PB will send another 2. It's on a random PB truck and will be sent to UPS when they get approval 3.The delivery team has it a an unnamed "hub," but they can't get in touch with me. How can five different people in the same company have five different answers? I was frustrated before. Now I'm disgusted. WHERE IS MY TABLE BASE?! I don't need FOUR PIECES OF GLASS! I never got the email I was supposed to get so I could send back the extra glass you sent in error. DO. NOT. SEND. MORE. GLASS. It's lovely, high quality glass, but absolutely useless to me. I want my table base this week, along with a "sorry this has been such a hassle for you, friend" discount. Is there someone who can give me a clue what sort of truck I should look,for? Brown UPS? Pottery Barn? Williams Sonoma? U-Haul? Horse and buggy? Mule? Is there a Table Base Department?

WHY WHY WHY am I not surprised? Went to order a desk - add to my card- go through all the hassle of entering my address and go to checkout and WHOOPS item out of stock. How can I add to my cart if not available?

(STATUS UPDATE 1-21-18: Pottery Barn has addressed my concerns and will issue me a full refund in a form of a check once they have received the sofa) I'm incredibly disappointed in my $2,600 sofa purchase from Pottery Barn. The sofa came with dirt marks on the fabric, and all of the core seat cushions and back pillow cushions were defective. The filling inside each cushion is not the same and is completely falling apart inside. The new cushions have no support or structure to them. We placed this order on February 19, 2017 .. received the sofa on April 26, 2017 and today's date being January 20, 2018 and we are still extremely disappointment in our large purchase with Pottery Barn that has still yet to be resolved. I was speaking with the Delivery Quality Team Lead, but I haven't heard back from her since December 1, 2017. She has ignored my past 5 emails (email is the only point of contact I have of hers) that I have sent her expressing the mistakes of all the wrong replacement cushion cores she has been randomly sending me that are now sitting in my basement and will have to be thrown away, because Pottery Barn will not be picking them up (not quite eco-friendly as they say they are). The Delivery Quality Team Lead also told me she would give me compensation on the order... which was a complete lie, because I have yet to see or hear anything about that, even when asked. Since she is no longer contacting me back, I have had to start from square one again and send a new email to Pottery Barn's customer service. I'm now being told from another member of the Delivery Quality Team that they will give me a refund, BUT it will have to be placed back onto my Pottery Barn Credit Card. Of course, that isn't the solution I want, for I do not plan on purchasing another $2,600 sofa or any large item from Pottery Barn again and I'm in the design trade.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I Ordered a sheet set and they sent me pillow cases. When I called they said they were out of stock and they could not do anything about it. I called and order threw the phone and called me a lier and said I ordered by myself online. They said I can return the pillow cases and get the money back for the pillow cases not the sheet set that I ordered and did not receive!!!!!! Scam beware!
